He then earned his DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to his graduation in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania’s Post Graduate Orthodontic Residency program he received a degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Perry Tucker was also the recipient of the “Excellence in Research Award” for his graduating class. Dr. John W. Tucker Jr. graduated from the University of South Carolina. He completed his dental training at Medical University of South Carolina and received his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
